I'm a therapist and relationship counselor in Oakland, which is in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm able to see clients virtually throughout California.
I have a strengths based and client centered, interactive therapy style. I work within a social justice framework, which means I acknowledge differences and issues of equity in our lives. I enjoy helping people live a full life closely aligned with your own core values and beliefs, using radical acceptance, exposure therapy, mindfulness, nonviolent communication, and self compassion. |
